Ipay9 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ipay9 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ipay9.

By performing any of the following actions, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

• Registering a new account on the ipay9 platform
• Log in to your existing account

• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• Valid bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party who gained access to your account.

Ipay9 accepts deposits via various payment methods available in Malaysia. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

Once a deposit has been credited to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed. ipay9 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

Your account may be subject to daily or monthly deposit limits depending on your KYC verification level. These limits can be increased by completing the required identity verification process.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ipay9 account. ipay9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 30 per transaction
• Daily maximum limit: Subject to account KYC level
• Processing time: 5–15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; up to 24 hours for accounts without full verification
• Additional documents: Required for withdrawals exceeding the specified limit

Ipay9 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold while a security check or identity verification is carried out. In such cases, the user will be notified via email or live chat and asked to provide the necessary documents.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by ipay9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Those promotion-specific terms are to be read together with these General Terms.

General rules applicable to all ipay9 bonuses:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party
